1. Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags,
and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items (including opened beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it without reason. Items must meet the same return condition requirements.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know if it was approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass since approval without your refund, contact us at returns@elan-mist.com.
